I usually don't post UTG, but for some reason I thought this coming hand would be me in BB so I just unchecked the "wait for BB" box.
Curiosity is the key. Playing this way people might think I am just crazy and would call with some medium PPs or big Aces to call out of suspicion. And fortunately enough, yes I found someone who was willing to tangle or play the role of policeman.
Lastly, I usually buy in half and then add more money maybe 1 orbit later if I find out that the table condition is acceptable (which is the case most of the time).
