i think flat calling would be fine here. Villian was at 15/5 for that session, he´s holding

    a) AK, QQ (JJ is unlikely), we´re wa and don´t want to chase him out

b)KK, 66, 77: we´re actually dead, but personally i´d like to showdown, if it isn´t getting too expensive. plus i had resonable doubts here, he would call with 66 or 77

i think a call is fine here.

on turn: if he bets agin half the pot, i'd raise him, if he checks i'd bet about 3/4 of the pot.

Calling and raising any turn is fine, raising the flop is also ok.

Just a note but he had great odds to call with 66 or 77 before the flop even if he knows you have a big pair.

    agree.

but i don´t believe villian would have open raised with 66 or 77 from MP and i have been raising a lot more than big pairs from the button.

Do you have stats on villian?

If not, why don't you think he would raise 66/77?

i agree. you should have bet more preflop i think.
and the fact that he knows you have a big pair give him brilliant implied odds.

i think calling on the flop is good because it keeps the pot small and it seems unlikely he is drawing.

i think raising on the flop is also good. you're probablu ahead at this point and i think his money will go in with weaker hands against you at this point.

also, do you this opponent would bet trips? if his vpmitp is 15% - doesn't that make him the sort of player that checks this flop and lets you bet?
also, it's unlikely that he'll will raise 66 or 77. and wouldn't he reraise KK preflop?
i don't think you should be too worried of a set here. (but i'm guessing you're talking so much about sets is because he did have a set?)

i think villain probably has a king and you are going to win a nice pot here

How much should he reraise preflop?

Raise at least 3x his raise PF... something like $5 would be good.

I probably call down and bet/raise whenever he checks or bets too small.
