Hi Guys
I have been lurking around FTR for about a year now, and have enjoyed learning about poker in a forum that encourages input from beginners.

I have read and watched the debates about various learning styles and enjoyed the humor of the community forum. I have looked in envy at the discussions in the high stakes forum between Gabe, ilikeaces, Iwind, Bmxcicle, and many others.

At the moment I have a small bank roll and am playing $3.00 sit and goes on stars, I hope to move up in time once my bank roll allows. Until then I will continue to study the valuable input from JefferyGB, Taipan168, Courtiebee, TLR, and FlyingSaucy, in the Sit and Go forum.

I have no specific question other than to say thanks to the forum members for their constant and valuable input into this site, as it has become my daily ritual to check for updates, whether they be about poker or the Community forum, where Lukies thread of randomness which has taken on soap opera proportions.

I'm glad you wrote this post, welcome to FTR. Really happy to hear that we've helped so far, I hope we continue to help you grow that bankroll. FTR has helped me amazing amounts too; I agree that it's a great forum for beginners and I know that it has helped produce some fine poker players.

i started out at the same level, playing 2.75 sng´s, scroll the beginners forum down to see where ftr took me. it´s great here and no book can replace the comments and discussion when you post your hh´s and and questions.

I'm very flattered but I don't belong with the others...I'm just a low buyin grinder like you... That said, I'm happy to comment on any of your hands (or even a whole trimmed HH if you like), if you're playing $3.40 turbos then post in the SNG forum as I go there much more often than I come here.

Yup... Tai's analysis on my HH's have definately helped me improve my game tenfold and still are!!
