    hardcore. are those actually gold plated? or wtf? the idea of gold dragunovs is sorta hilarious, a sniper you can shining from miles away...

    lol the gold plated guns were found in crates and on display in various palaces in Iraq. They arent for service, they were given as gifts to high ranking officials. AK-47's are very important symbols in a lot of countries. They represent thier independance, or whatever.

    my brother has that beretta but black. I think the only gun I would buy that isnt black is an engraved 1911 with pearl grips. cuz thats just pure balla.

    yes, that is how i thought norway would look(as well as finland, iceland, and sweden)

    haha... idk man pearl grips are pretty.. well.. pimp. But yah I might go for ivory. Ive just seen some random pictures of them and whatnot, dont really know that much about engraved guns and decorative grips. Wood grips might look really nice on an engraved gun. And I dont really like revolvers, 1911's are just so pimp, revolvers are for cowboys.

    Wow, this thread boggles my mind. I was hoping the stereotype about americans and their guns was overdone.

    Guess not.

    I'm happy I'm safely in Canada. (Not that we're so innocent, but I know that me or anyone else I know wouldn't have the faintest idea what any of those thing are called. All of my gun knowledge comes from playing Goldeneye back in high school)
