If you and an opp have deep stacks.... NL 50 lets say you have AA in lp and it's raise to $2 (4xBB) opp and you both have $80 stacks. What is your play?

How bout same situation but in EP you raise to 5x BB and opp reraises to lets say $6, a little more than twice your bet. What's your play generally with no read on your opponent.

I'm starting to get the notion that even though it gives away strength that it is better to try to get more money in early if you are facing a deep stack. Is this correct?
