Default Raising for a free card with TPTK

so i was thinking about players who raise flop bets with draws for free cards. what other hands do they play this way (raise flop, check turn)? do they play any made hands this way? what if they played TPTK/TPGK this way? it would be more deceptive, keep the pot smaller on the river (compared to calling down decent bets on flop/turn), and possibly induce river bluffs because of your "weakness." thoughts anyone?

Sometimes I will min raise the turn in position to end the betting.

sorry if this is really common already. i've just never seen anyone play a made hand this way - maybe cuz it is so standard? lol oh well. my post was basically to point out that that line (raise flop, check turn) is very exploitable if just taken with draws and to offer a way to control pot size with a mediocre hand.
