Table Limits and Bankroll Question

I don't consider myself a beginner, I have read many books and played many hands in the last 6 months or so. As you can tell I'm not overly experienced either. I didn't deposit a high initial amount in my online poker room cause I try to play within my financial means. I started with about $100, so I pretty much play .05-.10 NL tables. The problem is that at these lower limits people play mostly pretty crappy from what I see, hands like K-7 offsuit will call a 3.5X BB raise in early position, multi way pots every hand. I keep finding these hands will outdraw me or suckout in one way or another. I do realize that some of you reading may think it could be me playing poorly. I guess that certainly could be an option, but I think that I play pretty solid for a player with my experiece and bankroll. Am I totally fooling myself, that I'm better than I am, or do I need to go up an level where the play is a little more solid. I'm sure people have some questions, I just can't address everthing here, but It seems like no matter how tight, or loose(sometimes) that I play the worst hand is winning. Do I need to learn to win at these lower limits consistently before I move up?

Please do. Everyone is a beginner at poker. Learning gets much easier if you acknowledge this.

The short answer is "Yes". The slightly longer answer is "If you can't beat bad players, how can you expect to beat good players"?

A little tip.. the key to winning in poker is adjusting to your opponents. You may think you're playing good solid poker but if you can't beat the crazies at the lower stakes, then you are doing something wrong. That "wrong" thing is not that you are playing bad poker or anything, more like you don't adjust to the bad play from your adversaries.

After I rereading my post I don't want to come across like I'm so much better than I really am. It seems to me I have a great understanding of the way the game should be played, but I may be misapplying them in certain situations. You're right I need to adjust. I just find it difficult to beating players that play a completely unpredictable hand. I try to evaluate the texture of the flop, and put my opponents on a hand, but I've been wrong so many times. Cause quite frankly the hand is just awful that they are playing.

the easiest way to move up is by depositting more money to your bankroll, try $2,000 and play 100NL.
if you wondering if you are any good at poker the results of that strat will be an indicator.

While I could deposit more money. I would like to move up to higher stake play by building my bankroll, and keeping my initial deposit as it is. I think that will build my game as I go. I'm sure the $100 NL players would love to see me at the table, however.

PP's are your best friends at these limits ...call raises up 5xbb if he has 20xbb
heres what usually happens at these stakes

player 1 raises 4xbb
you have 44 call

flop 429
he bets out
you go all in
he calls
(sometimes you have to be more subtle ofcourse but this just an example)

he turns over an overpair and gets stacked ...

I have logged about 2k hands at $10NL 6-max and I show now a healthy profit despite only going to showdown for 20% of the time but winning it 50% of the time. If you bet big even the biggest fish will start folding. I do not allow them to suck out on me.

with good hands YES of course but I was merely referring to not let them complete their flushes/straights on draw heavy boards.
