Default From SNG´s to Ring Games

    Hey guys,
m playing $2.50 sng´s, since i started reading here and some books i´m now about break-even or a bit better (hourly rate <$1) but thats seems okay to a beginner like me.
though i can handle it to make it in the money even if the cards won´t come i feel like i´m a horrible ring game player. i continou losing most of the cash made in tourneys playing rg´s...i try to play my game, which works well in sng´s and keep on losing...so what am i doing wrong or what schould i apply to my rg play?

a little town called none of your goddamn business
you need to learn how to play after the flop

in sngs the shallow stacks make preflop strategy king.

in ring the deep stacks make preflop strategy largely irrelevant.

    renton is right

    i'll add to that
    > patience
    > pay attention to position
    > know your odds
    > play tight and aggressive
    > observe the other players
    > no dumb calls
    > minimize losses and maximize wins

remember you are not trying to kill the other players in ring games just take their money

    good luck
