To that end I make about a 3/4 pot sized bet. That's all the hand is worth to me, no matter what happens I'm through with the hand. So either I win it there or I toss my cards on another street or to a raise.

The problem is the table texture. Is this no fold'em hold 'em or do your opps have a clue? Against a bunch of calling stations toss the hand and move on. Against some thinking opps, 3/4 is about the right size to price out the flush draw and rep the TP. The question then is, do they believe you?

Ya I don't think this is good advice. Any bet here will cost you money in the longrun. It's either bet weak and most certainly get called (which we don't want) by who knows what or bet big and be called enough times (sometimes by more than 1 person) to make this wasting $.
