Is the huge preflop raise ridiculous? It basically tells more aware players I have AA or KK, but at $10NL people call this with KT, etc.
Would you call a $0.80 preflop raise at $10NL with SCs/lower PP if you knew the guy had AA/ KK and most likely couldn't drop?

It's fine, if you raise 99 the same way. Don't differentiate between high pockets raises and standard ones.
