    Default Question on pot odds

say you're on a flush draw, and you're about 3x% to hit if all in, including the turn and the river. so say you're getting priced to call a flop bet to see if you hit on the turn, what's the odds of just hitting on the turn? i know the rule of thumb of counting your outs for al in bets or calls, is the number of outs you have times 4 minus 1% so about 9 outs for the flush draw, 9 x 4= 36 -1%= 35%, would it be times 2? intstead of 4, since you're only seeing the turn card, and then possibly paying to see 5th street? so would it be 18% to hit on the turn? i don't know if i'm making sense here

With 1 card to come, you can multiply your outs by 2 and add 2 for a rough estimate. (9 outs *2) + 2 = 20% chance of hitting on the next card. Here is a pot odds chart...http://www.cardplayer.com/poker_maga...=13913&m_id=88. The difference between flop to turn and turn to river is minimal.
