Default Help Understanding Poker Tracker Data

I'm a beginning poker player. I'm playing online $0.50/1.00 limit hold'em while I learn the ropes. I've invested in Poker Tracker and have collected ~600 hands worth of data.

My question is this: is there a guide or on-line web page or something that explains what all the statistics in PT mean? I'd like to know what are the important statistics, and what values I should be shooting for in terms of VP$IP, attempt to steal blinds, went to showdown percentages, aggression factors, etc. In other words, how do I use the data to improve my game.

I'm reading books and studying up on strategy. I know I want to play a tight/aggressive game, but I'd like to be able to look at my PT statistics and see where I can improve and where my leaks are. I've got the data-- now I just need to learn how to interpret it!

Any advice would be welcome... Thanks.
