Agreed. These seem synonymous. The majority of the few hands i've won with A10 o went exactly along the lines described above. Folds to LP or button or possibly one MP limper, perhaps a small raise, one or two callers, flop lands with 10 high and no two to a straight, pot size bet, all folds. Playing A 10 o with a whole ring of callers and a loose table IS asking for trouble.
