Default playing against the short stack

i think i'm just having a little mental block at the moment when it comes to playing against short stacks.

by short stack, I mean 25% of the max buyin or less
As I play at NL50, 0.25/0.50, i'm talking about players with $12.50 or less. I haven't kept records but i seem to be making foolhardy pushes and calls and just altogether playing too aggressively.

often i'm looking at a 2.5-3x buyin stack and when i get pushed around by a 0.2x buy in stack i just see fire.

how if at all should i play against these shorties? in particular there are three situations:

    1. got a draw and semi bluff, or value betting against a draw board say with MP and they all-in

    2. raise preflop, cont bet, get called or raised, and then i have to either fold it or put them all in.

    3. preflop and they just all-in, me holding something marginal like 10.10, KQs, or AJ.

    any advice much appreciated.
links to other posts also greatly appreciated.

Dont gambOOl where you dont need to.
Dont call if you think you're beat. I often call a short stack if its my raised pot imply becasue u dont expect them to push a better hand into you. You expect some sort of sow play.
If he pushes and u have the draw i think i call.

they are extremely push-happy fish. They make so many mistakes like making pushes with middle pair that will only get called by better hands. Just bet into them on the flop when you have top pair or better and call the raise - you'll usually be ahead.

wait till you have the goods... short stack will push with top pair on the flop, small-high pp on the flop.. no need to get too fancy..
ace king is not a made hand.
