I could have swore I saw the big blind posted twice during a hand. The small blind posted, the large blind posted then a third player showed posting the big blind again.

Was this just a goof or am I missing something?

Sounds like he had just joined the table and was posting his newbie blind, or he had sat out for a bit and was posting the forced blind and a half...

When someone first gets to a table usually if they arnt the next person in the BB they will have to wait or pay the BB no matter wat position they are in.

Yeah everyone who joins the table has to post the big blind on their first hand. Unless they wait for the big blind to come around to them before playing. Its standard.
