Looks like a weaker Q to me that decided not to put you on one. Possibly KQ or QJ looking for info. It's a scared raise. Two pair or a set raises harder to chase off the draw while hoping TP pays it off. I'm almost certain it's a weak Q, though I don't play at that limit so I could be wrong.
