Without reads, I think I'd fold it.
This player is TAG.
Note that he would raise pre-flop with QQ or JJ. He limped in middle position and didnt reraise pre-flop. So I think we can rule those two hands out (fair?). Its possible he has QJ but he wouldnt bet it on the river for fear or AA or KK or a set, and he would probably raise on the flop with it. So this leaves pockets 4s as really the only possible hand that beats you.. good logic?
