Against a weak player (someone who plays AX) I may raise it to 30. He may fold it right there 30% of the time. Against a strong player its an easy fold. For all practical purposes, you are not drawing here. Your 2 outs to improve are so remote as to not even be a consideration. You want to just jump on his weak bet and try to steal it.
