As crunchynuts said the major difference is that blinds dont change. You dont have to act according to your stack and blinds (you can rebuy). Blind stealing is not profitable (at least not in low limits)
I play TAgg, but I'm just starting out playing low limit ring (only played Sngs before)
Read this about table selection and do a search in this forum. http://www.flopturnriver.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=128
Depends on what style you wanna play. LAgg or TAgg. If you are starting out playing ring in low limit, I would recommend you to start playing TAgg, and then maybe change your style to LAgg when entering higher stakes.
 Read this: http://www.flopturnriver.com/phpBB2/...pic.php?t=4971.
I play with 20xmaxbuyin (playing NL $25 with a $500 BR)
There arent really any good books on NL ring as far as I know (correct me if I'm wrong), but Sklansky is supposed to be the best at this point (rumours says he's working on a NL cashgame book)
