Its not that he could fold, because you cant fold a king-high flush. The thing is, it is still difficult to get all his chips in the middle on the turn and river (starting with a very small pot) since I lack position and I dont know what he has.
This is why your re-raise on turn is so good. Because he calls you can put him on a strong hand and thus you can make a strong river bet, AI in this case. I only play nl200 at the moment but I have started to learn to use raising as a source of information to get some really big pots.
