Default Frustrated with ring game - stick with tourneys?

Seems like as I try to build my roll, I'm having WAY better luck at tourneys than at ring. I have placed ITM in 8 out of last ten tourneys I have done, and historically (over about 150-200) in SNG's my ITM is about 50%.

Then I sit down at a ring table (micro limit) and promptly blow whatever I have won even if I play like a rock. Seems at ring my pocket pairs get cracked, my draws never come and my post flop play (aggressive) gets nailed every time.

Do you guys play ring just like you play SNG? I find now my confidence level at ring is low because of poor history, which I'm sure is a factor. I'm still learning of course but getting more and more frustrated with ring play. I'm sure it's a common thing around here.

    himself fucker.
Obviously your play is suited for tournies and that's where you should be focusing.

Funny, for me its the other way around. I have a hard time
at S&G (only place about 1 in 3) but I do well in .50/1 NL.
I think I have a tough time changing gears and adjusting to
the increasing blinds. I play very well in the early stages of
a tourney and blow it across the bubble. If you find it easy
to adapt to tourney play, stick with it. But please come over
and play ring once in a while so I can increase my roll

You gotta be doing something wrong. Post hand histories in the appropriate section and get slammed for your mistakes. You'll learn something.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.
