The question, then, is "how do I get the rest of his $30?"
I think you can manipulate the pot size to give him calls that he "has to" make on the turn and the river.
Bet $10 into the $20 pot on the turn. If he has any kind of a hand he will call a 1/2 pot-sized bet, but he does not have odds to call with most any draw with one card to come. (Ignoring for the moment the good possibility that he may even pop you with a raise after this bet.)
On the river, the rest of his stack, $20, is again only 1/2 the pot. A 1/2-pot-sized bet takes the rest of his stack on the river.
That's how I'd prefer to bet it I think.
