You can bluff at .01/.02 tables. It's a matter of knowing who you against. You cannot bluff into a calling station. But you can bluff into a passive player when they jsut have a high card on the turn, or river.

In lower limits, you may want to hold off on bluffing. But don't give it up. Just wait for the opportunities, and the come fewer and further between.
