    there is absolutely no way you could tell you were up against a set. 2pr MAYBE. i can't find fault with your play. the guy was shortstacked anyway so you didn't lose as much as you could have.

    I still don't know that it warranted that large of a raise. maybe i should have called down instead. I don't know. I thought it was stupid at the time.

    Seemed to me that on the flop he was repping AK or similar. Calling with nothing on the flop got you into trouble when you hit that A.
