I've been there, and am still there, plenty. I seem to do better on tight aggression when I have a small stack of chips. Once the stack gets big, I'm thinking I'm getting more chasers trying to get into my stack, or I'm in more hands trying to pressure other players while playing some crappy cards.
I started to think I should leave with my big stack and find another table. I finally figured out I shouldn't leave a good table, I just need to respect a few more raises, watch out for the good players, and play even tighter for a while. Leave when the table turns bad, not when I've won.
To help myself tighten up in an SNG after getting chip lead, I might set up a goal -- that I won't get into a hand until .... well, whatever.
