OK, you obviously want to be playing tight and aggressive. Youre tight just not aggressive. You never entered the pot with a raise, not even with AK. Don't be afraid to bet, especially when you've been patient and pick up a big hand. "Selective aggression" , you've read about it no doubt. Come in raising and rep the flop. If you get raised, then decide whats best(fold). Limping/Folding and Calling/Folding will only get you broke. | |

You're playing way too tight and way too passive. Like ecto said, you need to be aggressive. You didn't raise with AQ. Someone goes all-in in front of you and you have AK and you fold. Not every time, but sometimes you have to take a shot. You had him covered, sometimes you have to give it a go. You folded 99 to a moderate raise. There was one hand where there were either 4 or 5 checks in front of you and you checked right along with them. Throw out a bet and see where you stand. Sure, someone might call you, but also, you might take the pot right there. |
