OK, you obviously want to be playing tight and aggressive. Youre tight just not aggressive. You never entered the pot with a raise, not even with AK. Don't be afraid to bet, especially when you've been patient and pick up a big hand. "Selective aggression" , you've read about it no doubt. Come in raising and rep the flop. If you get raised, then decide whats best(fold). Limping/Folding and Calling/Folding will only get you broke.

You're playing way too tight and way too passive. Like ecto said, you need to be aggressive. You didn't raise with AQ. Someone goes all-in in front of you and you have AK and you fold. Not every time, but sometimes you have to take a shot. You had him covered, sometimes you have to give it a go. You folded 99 to a moderate raise. There was one hand where there were either 4 or 5 checks in front of you and you checked right along with them. Throw out a bet and see where you stand. Sure, someone might call you, but also, you might take the pot right there.

Loosen up a little bit and add some aggression to your game and I think your results will change. No one is afraid of someone that folds all the time, or just calls all the time. But once you start showing some aggression and throwing out raises or reraises, people will think twice and you will start getting some respect at your table.

    Raising is essential in SnGs.

I've made $120 in 4 days of $5+1 at PP, the only real strategy you need for them is knowing how to put in well timed raises.

I have also developed a technique for PP SnGs expecially, which I affectionately called 'Eff It And Push (FIAP)'. This is where if you get a monster hand (AA, KK, QQ, AKs) early (ONLY early) in a PP SnG, you don't dabble around in 3x or 4xBB raises, you just get it all in there in one go. It works very well with PP SnGs as you either take down some important blinds (blinds get big on PP, I have noticed) or you get a dumbass caller (happens much more often on PP).

You just need to learn what hands to raises with and where and how, reading the brilliant info provided on this site should help you to do that.
