    Default I'm a lucky bastard...

I need a serious lesson it tilt management, but I really don't know if I want it. I deposited $100 on Party Poker around Christmas and I now have $901.85. Id say about $400 of my winnings were earned after moving to a 100NL table after a bad beat at a 25NL. And today I got so mad I went to a 10/20 limit table and won $283. I play for about an hour and a half 2 or 3 times a week and can play pretty well when I concentrate. So far I have NEVER had a losing session. Do you think I should test the waters at higher limits and see what I can do? or should I just continue playing low limits and just make sure I dont tilt to a higher limit table? and does anyone have any tips for handling tilt? Thanks.

I think you should ride the rush... but as soon as it slows down or stops completely then cash out most of your profit. Cuz when you lose big once your gonna try to get it back and it all goes downhill from there if you don't know how to handle it (like me).
So i say keep on rollin' but cash out a nice profit and leave yourself some to play with... good luck

    Tips for handling tilt:

    Stop playing
    Get a drink
    Watch some TV

Play at a limit here comfortable to your bankroll. $200 buy-ins should be your absolute MAX here, but at $50 buy-ins you can play comfortably without fear of losing your awesome bankroll.

Also, I'd say cash out $200-400 now, because that's loot for you RIGHT NOW.

You got lucky, don't go to higher tables whilst on tilt.

If you get extremely emotional whilst playing it will cloud your judgement. Walk away and do something completely different for a while.

I suggest you cash out $500, it will concentrate your mind with your remaining bankroll. We all hit losing streaks eventually try to limit the loss.

Stick to lower limits. Your luck will eventually run out and that $900 can be gone in a heartbeat on a few badbeats. I've lost 400-500 in one night even at lower limts and I think I'm a pretty solid player.

Your BR will give you several hours of solid play at lower limits within you BR.
