I would consider re-raising the turn for value and to tell the SB to take his draw and shove it where the sun don't shine. If UTG+1 caps it check/call the river because with that board it really narrows his capping hands to Qx 66 55 or a kamikaze TT+. Otherwise, it's a river beat.
