3Betting from the Blinds

Villain is 21/16/20 3bet, 46% AttSteal, 37% fold to cbet, over 114. Seems to be aggressive pf but haven't seen him do anything crazy. Small sample size.

I think 3bet here pf is standard. Yes? When he calls i think his range is predominantly JJ+, AJo, AJs, against which we are 50/50 so i think we Cbet this flop and shut down on future bricked streets. Sizing $1.5-$1.75? My hesitation is my read on 10NL is that 3bet restealing is rampant. On such a dry board my line is expected by any thinking reg. Could this be exploited by villain floating flop and betting checked turn on dry boards? I think a villain here puts us on a polarised range; top card or KK+. All of which Cbets based on board texture. Would c/r here be horrible? My thinking is a c/r looks like we are extracting value and our perceived range isn't so polarised.

Edit: Or if we Cbet flop are we needing to Cbet turn for our line to be consistent?

Is this all just bs and fps and i am just leveling myself?


Attempt at calculating EV - we bet $1.75, villain folds 37% of the time and if he calls we lose the hand (63% [i am assuming we lose if called, folding to future action to simplify the calc.])
We bet 1.75 and villain folds we win $2.50
We bet and villain calls and we lose our cbet $1.75 (bc of our assumption)

EV = (2.5*0.37)+(-1.75*0.63)
=0.925 - 1.1025
= -0.1775
