It seems like whenever the hand gets to the river, and I've flopped a monster, I get a quick call from the Villain with my half pot or 1/3-pot bet. Based on how quickly the Villain calls, I feel like I could have gotten away with a pot-sized bet or even a shove. Is it possible I can get more value, or should I just be happy I'm actually getting something on the river?

I should note that I did play this hand a little bit tricky, which might make a difference in my possible value. The big stack/SB had started to throw his weight around a little bit, and I really wanted to see a flop with this hand. I would rather call a raise that looks like a squeeze versus open the pot and face a 3-bet.
