Finally bought HEM2, but it thinks i'm a different player?? What the fuck is going on?



That's not my screen name.

It's not logging my hands either.

I know i think he's a bot for realz. He used to play years ago when i played 5nl for the first time, and he seemed to always be logged in mass multi-tabling, and he's still there grinding now.

Go to the Home tab, and click the player name.

Click Select Player... and choose yourself from the Current Player list (making sure it's the s/n from the required site)

My screen names not in the list it's logging calindragotas hands not mine.

My computer blocks 7 threats every time i start up HEM maybe this is preventing it from accessing my info or whatever? Could this be the problem?

OK - if this is a new purchase, where are you getting the data from?
a mass upload?

Yes just go it like 20mins ago, i dont know i just installed it put in the serial code and opened a table, then it synced with calindragotas account and logged 2 of his hands then i sat out and left

sounds weird....

if it loaded HHs that you were sat in on, then your player name will be listed, and you should be able to select it as the Current Player.

It can't be logging hands as calindrowotsitz. If it is, then get onto as many tables with him as you can, coz you'll be able to see his hole-cards.

I know it is weird, it only logged 2 hands now it's stopped. My name still isn't included in the list. I think it has something to do with my internet security.

Did you set up your auto import folders to get the HH's from where stars is putting them on your computer?

Also did you import your previous HEM or PT3 databases and set your preferred seating.

I tried to auto-import but nothing happened, i clicked auto-detect.

Ok i got it working, does anyone know what to click on so all the player names go in the right places?

go to HUD Options/Seating Preferences

choose your site from the drop-down

choose your preferred seat from the table variant drop-down

hit OK

be aware that you'll then need to play a hand before the HUD will update and move to the correct places. Finally, you can right-click and drag to fine tune placement

Might be cool and frandly to post what the problem was and how to fix it, in case anyone else runs into it in the future and finds this thread

The problem was my HH's weren't being saved.
