I just moved to 5nl and I figured it might be a good moment to have you have a look at my 2nl data for some general pointers as to what to do differently at the new level. If you'd like to see some other stats feel free to ask.

It looks as though you play while reading a hand chart (and a VERY tight hand chart, at that), which I guess is a decent way to beat the micros, but it doesn't make for very good poker fundamentals.

You should be playing much much looser from late position. Find opportunities to iso fish IP. If someone on your right plays 40% of hands preflop, and only raises 10% of the time, that's a lot of iso opportunities. Are they the type to limp/fold a lot? Then pick hands that play well against his strong continuing range and (that is, NOT A6o) and semi-bluff him as much as you can get away with. Are they the type to limp/call everything but then fold the flop when they whiff? Then semi bluff him preflop and flop with hands that have potential for playing for fat value on the turn. Are they the type to never fold preflop and never fold the flop and play stubborn on the turn? Then raise them with anything that can make a decent pair and learn how to play for thin value. Watch how the people on your left are reacting to this, of course, and don't let yourself get exploited, but people rarely adjust the correct way (namely, by 3b'ing a ton).

Oh, and you can also attempt to steal a ton more. This is very dependent on what opponents are left to act. At 10nl Merge, I've pretty much found that every single reg is a nit, and I min open 100% of buttons when I have two regs on my left. When you have fish in the blinds, you have to play stronger ranges and bet a more honest amount, but you still shouln't be waiting for AT+ or anything.

You should not be statically 3b'ing QQ+/AK from all 6 positions, which it appears is almost exactly what you are doing.

If I am not mistaken, these are FR stats and they look pretty good to me. 16/11 is tight, but not excessively tight for 2nl. 22bb/100 winrate is very good, but this is a small sample and I suspect there is some run-good in there unless you are somehow immune to bad beats.

38% steal is good, cbet% is good, AF and Agg% are good, W$SD is good. Your fold to steal are on the high side and as you move up you will have to defend more, but do not fall into excess. You will also naturally value and 3b-bluff wider as you defend more, but you should also look for 3b opportunities in position.

I did not notice that you Early position and Middle position represented multiple seats, and so this is in fact FR. I also could not find the steal stat, and now see that it's 266% as much as the usual button PFR stat.

23/17 still seems nitty from the button, though. It's hard for me to comment on what your ATS "should" be since I don't really know about your games or your table selection therein. 42 ATS from the button is probably about where it should be if you everyone at every table you play at is a fish, but if that's the case then your SB ATS should definitely be quite a bit lower than 57%.

If you play in FR limp fests, then it is not so easy to iso in which case 23/17 is more than honorable. Results speak for themselves anyway, I don't think I have ever reached a 22bb per 100 winrate in the long run, although I probably have over 10 to 15k hands where I ran particularly good.

I've been thinking about stealing more from BTN and/or less from SB myself too. I guess it will have something to do with generally learning to use position more.

If the games are limpfests, then the VPIP/PFR split should probably be a bit wider as you'll get a lot of opportunities to play the button for cheap in position on a bunch of bad players.

I imagine 22.5 VPIP is going to be really tight from the button unless you're either playing games where everyone is shortstacked or games where everyone is aggressive preflop (a lot of opens in front of you, a lot of 3b's behind you). There might be other scenarios, and 22.5 might not be as tight as it sounds, but I suspect that there are a lot of missed opportunities to capitalize on your postion+skill advantage.
