    Default [5NL] JJ...played lolbad?

BB is 57/7 through 30 hands. Fold to cbet 50%, 3/6.

    MP is 42/17 through 26 hands. He had l/c 67%, 2/3. Fold to cbet 50%, 1/2.

    PokerStars - $0.05 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
    Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

    BTN: $17.13
    Hero (SB): $5.22
    BB: $4.00
    UTG: $5.00
    MP: $9.49
    CO: $2.87

Hero posts SB $0.02, BB posts BB $0.05

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.07) Hero has J J

fold, MP calls $0.05, fold, fold, Hero raises to $0.25, BB calls $0.20, MP calls $0.20

    Flop: ($0.75, 3 players) 4 8 5
Hero bets $0.55, BB calls $0.55, MP calls $0.55

    Turn: ($2.40, 3 players) 3
Hero bets $1.40, BB calls $1.40, MP raises to $8.69 and is all-in, Hero ???

Not a very big sample size on either villain and they've both started off loose. Am I absolutely butchering this hand, surely after he shoves it has to be QQ+ or something stupid like 76? Could it even be 44/55/88?

Not sure what BB could have either, I had put him on a smaller pair on the flop, 99 or TT.

    Thoughts?

    Snap fold.

Preflop limper is jamming, he can even have QQ+ here. Though I'm still mostly worried about sets, two pairs and straights.

Don't think you played this hand 'lolbad' at all. It looks perfectly fine so long as you folded to the turn shove. Instinctively it looked liked an insta-fold but I have stoved what I consider to be villains widest possible range just to make sure.

Putting vill on a range of TT-88, 66-33, AsKs, AsQs, A2, 76 gives you 27.84% equity when you need 36.6%, making it a clear cut fold. And once you take into a/c the possibility that the BB might be slow-playing a set or straight then there really is no further question.

If you folded, this is fine. Bear in mind that you are playing against loose passive players, so leading out on the flop and turn is standard as they are likely to call you with worse made hands and draws, that's how you make your money against loose passives. When a lose passive gets aggro, he generally has a strong made hand.

bet/folding turn is absolutely fine here imo. don't mind your sizing either.
