b/c $0.20. Hero has FD and GSSD in addition to 2nd pair.

I agree with b/c the turn (depending on odds offered by villain's raise); but don't get too happy with your 2nd pair, 'cause the villain prolly just turned tp?k....

    Bet 0.25

Straight draw sucks, don't count your tens as outs since you lose to a bare queen.

I think I'd b/f turn depending on sizing. Would probably bet small so draws call then x/c brick rivers if called, since he'd be raising anything that has us crushed to the small bet. Our draws are meh.

C/R'ing sucks because it polarizes his range so that he's getting it in with hands that have us (maybe) drawing to 9 outs and folding hands that we beat.

My best advice for this hand is to put villain on a range for calling a turn bet, and then plug that range into stove and see if it's >50%. C/C might be <0eV, but I don't know why you would C/C if you could vbet here profitably.

I'd probably bet/fold here, you're not getting raised by anything you beat except maybe Tsxs and even that doesn't make much difference to you equity.

    board: 8s9cJcAs
    Hand Equity Wins Ties
    Js7s 30.22% 584 2
    Ac*c,A8,A9,AJ,AT 69.78% 1,350 2

This is just hands that have improved on the turn if you add in a chance he might have slowplayed a straight or sets and the fact you're oop I'd be reluctant to get a lot of money in here.
The river becomes tricky if he flats and we brick,I'd need some postflop reads on whether villain can call 3bets with worse than 2nd pair or if he will bluff a lot of missed draws etc.. I'd probably chk and fold to a big bet but I'd prefer to have more info on villain.

This is not a range. This is a(n incomplete) list of hands that have us beat.

Villain has a lot of Jx that beats us as well as a ton of draws, Tx, KcxC, 9x, KQ, etc.
Playing big pots at small stakes.

I never said that was his range, that is something like the range I'd expect if my turn bet got raised.I haven't thought about it hard enough but if the pot gets big on the turn then I don't think we should be happy.

If your opponent is tight and aggressive, this is a great spot to check/call because his betting is so wide compared to his calling range. Plus it takes away his chance to value raise better hands.

If your opponent is loose and passive, this is an easy bet re-evaluate (but probably call) if raised.
