"Always" includes a lot of things:
So, if you know that your opponent is ONLY going to pf shove with KK+ would you still call with AKo?
If you're playing deepstacks would you call a pf shove with AKo?
In this hand that you posted: even though the villain is unknown, you still have some info about him that makes a re-shove correct.
