Default 25NL FR - AA on straightish board clear value bet?

Only 22 hands on villain. 18/14, f3bet 50 but just two hands. No postflop reads yet.

    We're value betting river right?

I gave villain a preflop range of 99-QQ, AQ+ (discounted AK), probably KK. My flop bet was designed to get value from QQ, KK, AQ, AK, KK. When he just called flop I put him exactly on the range I was getting value from as JJ and TT I think are raising on such a wet board. 99 is the hand I'm not sure what villain does with, but at the time I was thinking he would raise with this as well.

Also, reviewing this hand I think my bet-sizing sucked. How much should we be betting flop and turn here?

In trying to figure out what the hell a decent value size is I will say $8.

Bet sizing look alright, so long as it's consistent with your overall game plan for these spots.

I would check this behind as well rather than thin value a relative unknown opponent who hasn't shown any signs of cranial rectal inversion.

I was probably being results-oriented. I checked behind. Villain showed QQ. Thanks for the replies!
