Villain is a 40/14 losing station. Of note, he likes to be trappy with nut hands and c/r 8out+ draws, otherwise very check cally with most any piece. This will be the first hand ive played with him when he's had the initiative though

Pre and flop are standard i think. I ended up checking the turn...but a bet seems obvious now ya?

No clue on river at all O.o

Mostly folding pre unless I think bb is coming along to get some better pot odds. Flop seems standard and def betting turn esp with given reads. River sucks obv. Prolly c/c and let him bet it with a naked K or bluff since we look really weak now.

pre is absolutely fine imo vs a near-100bb stacked fish. flop is fine. gotta bet that turn vs a stationy fish given board texture. i'd probably just bet $0.6 or pot because he can't hand read and will call with any piece. instinct says to C/F river given he's a passive station but that could be way off for all i know.

Awesome, thanks guys! c/c, bet, check...something (probably fold) seems best to me.

    check call, bet, bet.

If he raises turn, call and c/f this river, c/c if the draws don't complete.

Turn's gotta be a b/f. We're barely ahead of the bottom of his range he raises with (I guess best case scenario, he only has 6 outs with AA, but it's gonna be a lot of 9+ out hands like KQ), and we're crushed by hands that are ahead of us.

As played, definitely c/f river. He's not betting Ax much, there's a TON of stuff that has us beat, and he's not bluffing with something like 55 often enough for it to be a call.

It's a default bet fold, but our read is that villain is cally with pair type hands and raises 8 out + draws. Does read not put all draws into his raising range and thus make calling it profitable?

you're oop pf. It's a fold for me but as you call pf, call flop and donk turn and river. If he raises you, it's a fold
