Default Call river vs calling station?

I'm not sure what to do here.
Villain stats are 62/15 over only 15 hands, so I don't know if this is so useful. He raises with random stuff judging by some hand earlier (48s).
I know it's only 15 hands, but he looks like a loose calling station.

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (5 handed)

    SB ($3.49)
    Hero (BB) ($10.15)
    UTG ($8.13)
    MP ($20.01)
    Button ($15.41)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A, 8
UTG bets $0.20, 3 folds, Hero calls $0.10

    Flop: ($0.45) 5, 8, 7 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.30, UTG calls $0.30

    Turn: ($1.05) K (2 players)
Hero bets $0.60, UTG calls $0.60

    River: ($2.25) 7 (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $1.30, Hero ?

Since his range is so wide I think pre-flop en flop are ok.

Turn I'm 90% sure is ok because we get all flush and straight draws to call+ 5x,7x,8x.
If he would have raised here, obvious fold.

River, I don't know. I'm lost here. I checked because I thought worse hands wouldn't call here, pretty much all his flush/straight draws and air.
    call or fold?

Yeah bet flop, bet turn, c/c river looks right. The hands that you mentioned wouldn't call here, but there's a good chance that he will bluff with them since they have little to no showdown value.
