Default Biggest loss I've ever taken

I'm drunk as fuck right now.

I got my esop evaluation for my old job today. My retirement plan. I took a fuckint 20% loss today.

100k down to 80 just like that. And even though I still smell shit in the shitter, and want to get out, since it's my Employee Stock Ownership Plan, I'm still locked away for 2 years until I fully vest and can get it the hell out of there.

Man. I thought I was prepared for this kind of shit after all the poker I've played, and understanding of variance, and knowing about bankrolls.

This is fucking torture because I can't cash out and run.

I'm sorry man, I know how you feel. Only times I've experienced severe anxiety attacks have been financial related. It gets easier.

Diversification is key. Employee stock ownership plans are like putting it all on red.

I left the company, and moved away. I have no influence on how my companies stocks are growing/shrinking. I can't even shop there to help my bottom line incrementally.

spend all your remaining funds on buying more stock to push up the price. You'll be buying low at least.

Racist ban! Reds deserve equal consideration in all gambling decisions.

Now, 48 hours after being drunk and just getting over it. I'm better.

    And thanks for the luls.

Everyone knows you put it on Green, you win waaaay more!

I mean it's either black, red, or green, and if you land on green they pay out like 32-1 I'll take 2:1 to get paid 32:1.

I mean, it either lands on Green, or it lands on Red or Black. So really it's a coinflip and they are giving you 32:1 payout. Ezgame.
