10NL - JJ facing small bet on awful river

So on the river flushes get there and I guess A8 or suited ace of spades that peeled my cbet and then picked up a FD. However his bet's pretty small, so I dunno what to do.

He's unlikely to be betting worse hands on this river since the board got so scary, TT/99/8x usually check back.

I don't think he has any air in his range after calling 2 streets, doubt he has too many 6x hands apart from random A6s/76s so he should be mainly value betting flushes/A8.

Question is how often is he turning stuff like 77/44/8x into bluffs, very rarely imo so I'd fold.

hero pretty happily folds, he'd check 77 and probably 99.

people dont turn hands into bluffs nearly as much as anyone thinks they do

Meh, I see lots of these small bets as a bluff at micros. However, this seems more like a "hi I have a flush and REEEEEEEEALLY want that last squeeze of value. That or he flopped trips, played it passively and then got scared when the SD turn and FD river came which is also highly likely.

There's enough crap in his hand to make this a call for the price imo.
