Default Always bet monsters aggressively? Nut flush vs. Full House

    HUD stats on villain based on 26 hands: VIP15, PFR8, WTSD67, BR100

With the nut flush on the turn I didn't raise more b/c I wanted to keep villain in the hand as he likes to go to showdown and bet on the river. With the Ace(h) out there I assumed that he might call an all in on the river with a second best flush (AQh, JQh). By the river I was committed to the hand despite the board pairing.

Obviously, this hand was played sub-optimally and I'd appreciate any input on how to properly think through and play this hand!

Bet 1/2 pot - 3/4 pot on the flop- if they fold, then so be it.

If they hang aound for the turn, great...

    so bet/bet/shove

Your postflop play was okay. There is no really way to find a fold there.
Your preflop play was atrocious, folding is best option anytime anywhere with KJo in opened pot (except maybe blinds vs habitual stealers).
But 3betting? Try to 3bet with your next 100 KJo's you are dealt, and let me know how much have you earned.

You make a valid point about 3betting KJo, if he were UTG or MP.
Here's he's SB vs a BTN raise. KJo plays well enough postflop, and a btn raise is normally so wide that I don't mind the pre 3bet. It'll show enough profit over the long run from the btn folding pre, or outplaying him post that this move would be +EV.

Yeh, saw it now, I'm real mess today, didn't see it was 6max table. In that case, I really see no way out of situation, he played fine, but was destined to get stacked.

Though, maybe stronger preflop 3bet (like 3-4x), and fat cbet would scare bastards away.

    Yeah, def c-bet this flop.

A line that works well in situations similar to this, but with less scary boards, is to c-bet 1/2 to 2/3 pot on the flop when you flop a strong to monster hand, c/c turn to rep a missed flop cbet, and shove the river. Most opponents will bet into you on the turn to try to steal and then think you're bluffing the river shove. $$$$$
