there are a heap of things which need to be known before you can tell if something is +EV.
    they are:
    - what is his precise range for raising your flop bet?
    - what is his precise range for calling your flop shove?
    - and once you figure those two out, you're going to need to know how much equity you have against his range for calling your all-in bet. pokerstove can do that for you.

By far the best place to start understanding EV:
    http://www.flopturnriver.com/pokerfo...ht=mathematics

Read, reread, understand, practice, make calculations about your hand above and post them here.

At the end of reading that, you should figure that your shove is +EV if your equity against his calling range is more than 50% (this is assuming he never folds a hand better than yours).

you say this opp is very LAG, some HUD stat would be good if you have them.. any notes/reads on him you have?

anyway, think like this, what could he c/r on flop there?

i would take out AA,KK, AK cause 2nl players mostly 3bet/shove these hands.

since he is LAG , like you say, he could c/r A3,33,AQ FD's and if he is dumb also any Ax, JT, 42,45.by the stack i would say he either got lucky or that he is not a bad player.

if you 3bet him AI what do you think he calls? most sure better and folds worst.

so i would call cause you are IP and reevaluate turn.
All posts are just my own opinion about a hand or a general situation... not advices on how you should play...

a little town called none of your goddamn business
b/c flop and call down would be better than this
folding at some point could be better still

his shove can still be +EV if he has <50% versus his calling range, but it won't necessarily have a higher EV than his other options.

Right. I should have written that shoving has better EV than calling and checking down the hand to showdown if Hero's equity is more than 50% vs villain's calling range (assuming villain never folds a better hand).
