At first I thought I'd off Hugo Chavez. But then I kind of realized he has no real beef with people from the outside other than occasional tirades versus the Great White Devil from the North, plus he has actually \done many great deeds for the truly dumb majority of Venezuela's population such as forcing them to learn ABCD etc. So it kind of balances out.

The I instathought of John McCain. but he's just dumb, and if he's not in the running the other guys would not have a sure win. So he lives.

Then I thought of Justin Bieber. But he redeemed himself with a new haircut and a semi-decent movie. Plus, it's not his fault that others will do their very best to make money on your back. So I could not do it.

Bernie Madoff? Nah, he's in prison. Plus the dumb shits who trusted this obviously lying bastard with their money kind of like got their lesson in reality.

Gadhaffi? Prior to recent developments in Libya, I'd never even heard of the name of the country (other than that one time during which Michael Palin could not cross Libya for his Sahara docu, but that's that) so the people over there are not having an as bad a time as the Hutu's and the Tutsi's, or during the reign of Idi Amin, or the guy from Lord of War. The guys has a bad taste for dressing up, but it's not enough to want to off him.

I thought and thought and had a hard time choosing anyone on which me, a law abiding citizen, could use the hypothetical license wuf would present me with, and then it struck ... the lucky winner is Dubya.



I can't think of a single redeeming factor for Dubya, and even Pops Dubya for that matter. The only thing is that now is actually too late for those offaments to make a difference. Perhaps Dick Cheney then, but with all the heart problems he has you'd be doing him a favor.
