Idk, man. I think the running queens have the lead.

This doesn't compare to the running QQ, or the royal but I thought it was pretty good since I was way behind when the chips went in pre. The Stars Sunday 1/4 mill a few weeks ago:

OP does say "of the week 3/27 - 4/2"

Looks like a few of us have premature posticulation

So are those first couple of posts 'warm-up' posts? (are they from the month of March 2011?) because it's gonna be pretty tough to beat either of those.

This one really put villain on ultratilt. Which helped when I caught a str8flush against his K flush about 20 minutes later.

I thing this is a strong candidate because it's runner-runner, a suckout in the truest sense.

i never understood the word "suckout" to necessarily mean an all-in situation. people used the term long before NL became popular. to me, it's actually much more pathetic/impressive if a "sucker" pays off multiple streets to chase a shitty draw and then hits good.

i see that ftr's poker dictionary says it's an all-in situation, but most other poker dictionaries on the web say it's whenever an underdog wins.

lol how does that hand even have a chance. try running the equities in pokerstove.

also your line isn't very credible, consider raising the flop and as played just call the turn.

I have to believe mine is pretty competitive.

Suck outs on all streets including the flop, turn and river.

Very few possible cards to suck out on ... 3, then 1, then 2.

    Some formula might be possible:

[(# of suckout cards (x) number of cards to be dealt) + next instance if there is one + next instance if there is one]

    [divided by/number of suckouts]

    (x) 3 if only one suckout, 2 if two suckouts, 1 if 3 suckouts. This last part gives an advantage to hands with more suckouts on more than one street.

Such a formula in action on my example above:

    3x5 + 1x2 + 2x1 / 3 = 19/3 (x) 1 = 19/3 or 6.33 score. Lowest score wins.

This formula credits a hard to get suckout card set as well as a larger number of outcome changing suckouts.

of course my bad math skills before editing probably destroys my chances.

i thought there would be a vote, hopefully based on criteria including a definition of what qualifies as/exemplifies a suckout.

personally, i still think it "sucks" more to lose after your opponent makes three separate and distinct bad decisions to chase "outs" with no hand. it's certainly more ridiculous and impressive than say, losing with aa/kk after someone pushes preflop with a lower pocket pair.
