Poker Tracker Stats - What do They Mean

Have played 10500 hands at micro stakes and my stats are as follows - although I recently bought PT but had been saving my Hand Histories for a while. So here are my stats, can you please give me some feedback and please if you could also explain in layman's terms what the hell do they mean.

1. VPIP 26.64
2. VP from SB 29.60
3. Folded to Flop Bet 42.64
4. Folded to Flop Raise 43.98
5. PFR 14.84
6. Folded to Turn Bet 44.13
7. Folded to Tun Raise 42.86
8. Saw Flop 20.39
9. Won $ when Saw Flop 53.12
10. Folded to River Bet 54.89
11. Folded to River Raise 61.54
12. Folded SB to Steal 76.59
13. Folded BB to Steal 53.02
14. Folded BB to Steal HU 46.65
15. Went to Showdown 24.93
16. Won $ at Showdown 39.96

Basically what this means is that out of 10500 hands you are ________ %%% of the time. So VPIP is voluntarily put into pot or something along those lines ie. calling/raising (anything but folding or checking the blinds). This means you are voluntarily putting your money into the pot 26.64% of the time which is ~27,972/105000. This applies for all the stats you gave us. Hope this helped and I'm sure someone will go into further depth than I did.

What game and stakes are you playing? That's important in interpreting your stats. You're playing 6max, right? Your vpip would be huge for full ring.

Here's what I see:
* Way too big a gap between vpip and pfr. The initiative is huge in holdem and you shouldn't be cold-calling and/or limping so much.
* Your w$wsf is excellent, 45-50 is good.
* Your fold blind to steal stats are much lower than for most tags. Folding 80-90% of the time is more normal. Position, like initiative, is another huge advantage in holdem, and you shouldn't be playing oop unless you're killing villain's range.
* Your wtsd stat is normal, but your w$sd stat is low. w$sd should be in the 45-50 range. Post some problem hands, probably you're continuing postflop with some hands you shouldn't be.

what should it look like at fr mine is 17.8. is that to loose.
at what amount of hands do these stats start to represent your play accurately.
