Default How can ANyone show profit?

I know there are gonna be times when you get bad beat. Especially online the capital of bad beats. But It has been 4 days now on both UB and Absolute. Out of about 3,000 hands I have gotten about 30 playable hands in Cash games, SNG, and MTT. When I actually finally got a hand like AKs, or JJ or AQs, all of which were the best hands out of the 4 days some idiot donk would call my raise with 94o and hit two 9 on the flop. Then theres always the one guy at every table showing down AA twice in 4 orbits, then KK, Then AK and hits the Flop AKK. It always seems like one guy gets every hand and I am sitting here folding my life away for hours while my blinds diminish. How the hell does anyone win online. It amazes me to think that anyone can. Also any pro video I watch has amazing hands all the time. What is going on? I know everyone has there highs and lows but my lows outweigh my highs by far. I am not a pro, but im also not a donk. I can hold my own when I get a hand better than 92, 37, K3, 62, 32 etc.

Watching poker on TV shows about 20 hands of the 500 they play a day. That's why they always have good hands. Do you think they show an hour of the table folding to open raises?

Also, as Keith mentioned, Why would anyone pay off your big hands if all you ever have is big hands. If your playing tourneys, go to the MTT section and read soupies guide. It will take as much time as one tourney and you will be well on your way. It's a little out of date, but more than enough for the basics at the micro and SS level

Ok Maybe I wasn't clear enough. I am not a NIT. I am not trying to play such a small percentage. I am getting 95% shit cards. I am not going to play T4o, or 95o or 72o. UTG I open JJ+, AK, AQs, MP- All those PLus 77+, ATs, AQo, AJs, sometimes JTs, LP- all those plus a few more depending on Stacks who in front etc. I am saying that for almost five days now these cards are never coming my way. EVER. If I am lucky enough to get them and raise like anyone would I either never hit the board, someone reraises, or always has me crushed. I am asking how people turn profit, because obviously I am not the only one who cant get a hand to play or cant hit my draw, set, or pair. There is always one person at every table I am at that hits every hand possible. He gets AA twicw a session, KK three times, AK, AQ you name it while I am getting 92, T4, J2, 27, and on and on. Obviously on tv they are going to show the best hands I am talking about pro training videos where they are playing sessions and they are Always hitting there hands. It just boggles my mind. I am in no way a beginner like you think I am. I have read books watched videos. I know there is much more than just your hole cards like positions, stack sizes etc but if you aren't getting anything to play with you can't play at all.

read BEGINNERS DIGETS, accept advice from all here... post hands, read, be patient.... untill i got on FTR i played 4months and lost 4*50$ deposits + bonuses got. after 6 weeks here i was still losing but no redeposit. was not on profit, but not broke.... 3 months since i joined FTR i am still a beginner, a donk, a weak player cause i am playing for just 6-7 months, but i am winning. i take their advice, i read, i analyze, i am patient , learned to drop strong hands when board shows me i am beat and honestly last month i showed 70$ profit on 10k hands 2nl and 17k hands 5nl.... not much, can be better and it will, but now i am winning its easy : learn theory, apply it, patience and analyze

Hmmm. If you are not a beginner then you have run hot and cold numerous times and know that variance is a whore. You are not a unique snow-flake. This has happened to us all. Harden up.

Yeah. Check out Alexos' blog...12k hands in a day....a 3k downturn may seem horrible but really is minor.
