Default Bet/Fold river with overpair 25NL

I recently posted this hand in my OP and thought it might invoke some worthy discussion.
I Feel bet/folding is better than check/calling on this board because:
We charge Kx hands that call but don't bet.
We're not getting bluffed not is villian turning a made hand into a bluff.

Bet sizing is purely for value against hands that can call.
We could opt to bet smaller to invoke a bluff, or check/call on boards where turn/river are blanks?

    Please discuss

Villian is 33/28 over 60 hands. Aggresion factor 1.

I can't fold this, so I just let my time run out.

Thanks. For what it's worth, I play this hand the same, except maybe I don't bet quite as much on the river, maybe I go $6.50. I figure he's an idiot and there's tons of Kx hands that we get value from, though I don't think Kx shoves this river, so b/f seems best line to me. If I actually respected this player I'd probably c/c the river unless he overbets.

The more I think about it the more I think c/c on the river is retarded, sorry. It's b/f or perhaps c/f, but never c/c on the river.

Personally I feel if hes going to call 6.50, hes going to call 9 just as much.
The problem with betting 6.50 is, he could spaz razz and we end up folding the best hand.

The logic behind my smaller bet is simply to make a fold cheaper. Maybe it encourages a spaz razz raise from air, but it's unlikely if his agg factor can be considered reliable. $6.50 is around what I'd bet with a full house too, I try and keep my river bets consitent just in case anyone's paying attention. But maybe I'm missing value. It's a balancing act between profit and loss, are we going to get enough Kx calls at $9 to pay for the folds when he raises? I haven't got a clue. If we are then for sure bet $9 to your heart's content.

Valid points. Thanks for your input.
Your probably losing value on value hands but your also saving money on the hands your folding, so as you said its a balancing act.
