Default 10nl Extracting maxium profit from favorable table.

Last night I found myself at the type of table that I dream about, in a position at the table that was very favorable:

The table itself had shown a willingness to play for stacks on the basis of top pair alone, with a fair amount of raising with questionable holdings.

Acting just before me was an aggressive player, with a stack of about 400bb. He had pushed all-in against a paired board with unmatched JJ in a previous hand, and was quite aggressive.

A few spots after me, I had a calling station, who had gotten VERY lucky calling a pre-flop all-in and call with J-10o, which had gotten him about 250bb from sucking out on the three way pot.

I'm sitting in the middle with a little over 100bb, just knowing that if I can play the table right, there's a LOT of money just waiting to flow my way; it's just a matter of patience and time.

So...My question is, what is the optimal strategy for extracting value in this kind of situation?

    Same as always:
    Don't bluff calling stations
V-bet as much as you can
Implied odds are probably sky-high, so a wider range from each position is going to play well.

Don't over-value your starting hands. You're widening up with speculative hands and you need high SPR's going into the flop to realize the EV on those hands.

Thanks Mojo, that's pretty much what I thought. I went with the "head's you get a quarter, tails I get your stack" line of thought, and played more speculative hands cheaply, folding quickly if I didn't hit or get the right odds to chase a draw. I also devalued cards like A-10o because I couldn't get a good read on whether I was ahead or behind in that situation.

I managed to double-up against an unknown fish before running out of time around midnight.
