need PLO tips

I first played PLO th other week on stars after registering for a plo sng when i was looking for a nlhold em I didnt know what plo was at the time but read an article on the net and picked it up and won the sng I want to develop my plo game and was looking for any tips or advice from anybody on the do's and dont's when playing plo sngs or cash games. I was also wondering on what starting hand limits are profitable on a short stack and large stack strategy
