Default 10nl flop bottom set on wet flop, passive guy bets from MP

Just sat down, villain 19/0 over 22.

Villain could be betting flop with nut FD, SD, better sets, and 2pair, but in a 3way pot with passive stats (i know tiny sample size) this bet has me thinking either sets or 2pairs (ie. a made hand). Only 2pair i see him having is 78s . Am i being way nitty? is this an insta raise?
    Do i call and reassess?

    $0.05/$0.10 No Limit Holdem

    Stacks:
    UTG Gangurru ($19.95)
    UTG+1 vicenzo01 ($10.40)
    MP1 RiverRat2184 ($11.50)
    MP2 Hero ($12.75)
    CO ramstein007 ($7.75)
    BTN 7 tuga7 ($9.65)
    SB orisolo ($10.45)
    BB GooD lucI< ($9.20)

    Pre-Flop: ($0.15, 8 players) Hero is MP2
    Gangurru raises to $0.30, vicenzo01 calls $0.30, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.30, 4 folds

    Flop: ($1.05, 3 players)
Gangurru checks, vicenzo01 bets $0.70, Hero does what?

Well, since he never raises pre, i beleive we can put over pairs in his range. I would raise and call a shove here.

    *Edit*

Guy could easily have 77-QQ imo since he has yet to raise. 2pair is obviously possible and tons of FDs or FD/SD combos. That said, I think probably most of his leading range calls a raise here so just figure out how many combos or draws and overs he has and if that is larger than the # of sets/straights he has then raise it up to something around 2-2.15 (I am not sure about sizing)

We need to raise the flop since many turn cards (any spade, 9, 6, 4, A) stops us getting value from the over pairs in his range as he might be able to find a fold. Also need to consider the possibility that UTG might be trying to c/r.

I'd raise to something like $2.25 and call a shove/look to get it in on good turn cards.

I like a raise flop, shove turn here.

imo this is the flop you wanted... no over cards, hit your set, SD's/FD's will probably call you
looks like a good spot for some raising.. if villain is that much of a nit and he's QQ+ he's thinking sweat flop as well...
if by some chance he did hit a set as well, so be it... but i don't think that's what you're going to run into

kindly tell me what the fuck info 19/0 over 22 hands gives you.

there are a million hands he could have (FD's, SD's, overcards, two pair, A8, etc). not only are the benefits of raising obvious, but folding is terrible and calling is terrible. so process of elimination or use common sense--you're get to the same answer either way
